Payment methods:

Payments for all orders, must be remitted via bank transfer (or wire transfer) to our bank account that will appear on our issued invoice.
All bank transfer costs must be covered by the buyer.

Bank transfer (wire transfer) or Direct bank transfer “Prepayment”

With this option, you can transfer the billing amount directly to our bank account. As soon as we have received your payment, we can continue processing your order. Please note that the transfer between banks can take up to 5 business days.

Payment process

Select Direct bank transfer “Prepayment” as payment method in the checkout process.
Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email with prepayment invoice, all payment information and our bank details.

Simply transfer the billing amount to our bank account (make sure that you select “no charge to the recipient”).
Indicate your name and order number as payment reference to guarantee quick processing.

Please note that payments in currencies other than the Euro can be subject to additional costs.

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
